If you’re seeking clarity all you need do is wade waist-deep into the churning waters of the sea of chaos around you. But don’t be lulled into a false sense of security. The chaos is there to confuse you. To confound you. To obscure the clarity eluding you.
Bend your knees and reach deep into the chaos. Throw it into the air and allow it to wash over you. Embrace it. Appreciate it for what it is. Then, focus on your vision until it’s the only thing you can see clearly. Until everything else within your field of vision is blurred and out of focus.
There should be a straight line between where you find yourself right now and your Vision: capital “V.”
You know where you are. You know where you have to be. All the interruptions, disruptions, and distractions are nothing more than that.
They are there to steal every minute you are willing to cede to them. But they will just as certainly fail to move you closer to the future you seek.
If you believe in the danger that accompanies every crisis. The risk that demands immediate action. You might appreciate the clarity it can reveal. The kind that allows you to see where you are, where you need to be, and reveals the steps required to close the gap and achieve your goals.
Clarity rarely comes easy. However, there are times when that’s what it takes to reveal what is truly important. There are others when it feels as if all those obstacles were placed on your path on purpose.
What’s your job? Your job is to take advantage of the clarity hidden within the crisis. Your goal is to succeed while those around you are satisfied living within the chaos.ChaosclarityCrisisDisruptionsDistractionsgoalsInterruptionsvision
