This isn’t a blog about my transplant journey. Although, completing Misfire: What to Do When Things Aren’t Running on All Cylinders, was certainly instrumental in my treatment and recovery.
It isn’t about life and living either. Though, there are countless life-lessons spread throughout Misfire’s pages.
This is about Misfire: where we are, and what it’s meant to me and all the folks who have purchased a copy and invested their time and energy. I suppose you might consider this an instance of shameless self-promotion. And, who knows, you might be right. But as far as I’m concerned, it’s simply an update. An update and an affirmation.
Updates and Affirmations
We are 3/4 of the way through recording and editing the audio version of the book. It has been an amazing experience! I am in awe of the talent and ability it takes to breathe life into a complex story like Misfire’s. And, frankly, I can’t wait to release the audio and see how it is received.
The certified reviews Misfire has received on Amazon are humbling. They are everything you hope writing a book like Misfire would accomplish. I won’t share them here. But if you go to Amazon.com and search for Misfire: What to Do When Things Aren’t Running on All Cylinders, you’ll find the reviews and you can read them for yourself.
Each review reinforces the powerful and positive impact the book has had and continues to have.
The bottom line is simple. If you’re a small business owner or entrepreneur, or you know one: Misfire was written with you in mind. If you are an automotive professional: a member of the repair community, or you know one: Misfire was written with you in mind. And, if you are a contractor: a building trades professional, or you know one: Misfire was written to help you on your journey from survival to success.
